Jungle girl

Too much time without posting... I finally had a couple hours yesterday to draw just for the fun of it, so here goes...

Frank's Birthday!

Many more happy years to our favorite Monkey Boy!

Vampire, by Axel Medellin

Haven't posted here in ages!

Morgan Le Fay, by Axel Medellin

Getting al ready to SDCC...

Red Sonja, by Axel Medellin

This lady is fun to draw... dangerous, but fun.

Trap Jaw, by Axel Medellin

Actually, all of the villains in Masters of the Universe were really stupid... but I did love the design of this guy and those completely impractical cyborg accesories! One of my all time favorite toys.

LOTR elf, by Axel Medellin

So many great characters to draw there... but I went the easy way. Oh, the laziness...

Chiana from Farscape, by Axel Medellin

Excellent show, that was...

Firefly, by Axel Medellin

I would have gone with the crew, with a bit more time... but there you go...

Star Wars Girl, by Axel Medellin

Oh, I won't even pretend I'm geek enough to know the name of this girl... I just liked her look. I hope you like her!

Star Trek, by Axel Medellin

Phasers set to stun....

Thirteen, by Axel Medellin

Oh, well... some people are easier to cartoonize than others... anyway, House M.D.'s Dr. Thirteen is in...

Vanity Case, by Axel Medellin

Plug time, folks... This is Vanity Case, one of the ladies in Elephantmen... she's the cop partner of Hip Flask, the huge hippopotamus man you might have seen somewhere. Fun girl to draw. And now, back to draw, so we can have the Fifth Volume ready to launch at SDCC! Have a nice weekend...

Power Girl by Axel Medellin

First time ever I draw this lady... I hope you like her, folks!

Ladies of the Marvel U by Axel Medellin

Kind of cheating this week... well, half-cheating... I also collaborate in this weekly art blog at Comic Book Resources, The Line it is Drawn, and this week the theme was Avengers VS X-Men in sports. Given my schedule this month, it was a happy accident I could combine both art duties... You can check the other entries here: http://goodcomics.comicbookresources.com/2012/04/12/the-line-it-is-drawn-85-avengers-vs-x-men-with-a-twist/ There you go...

Wonder Woman by Axel Medellin

... finally some free time on Sunday afternoon, and what to I do? Drawing, of course...

It was fun, drawing Diana... it's been a while since the last time I tried to... should do a better version in the future.

Have a nice week folks... and show up! It's getting lonely in here!

TMNT by Axel Medellin

I'll admit I could never get into this show... but there you go, first Turtle I've drawn, ever...

Baba Yaga by Axel Medellin

Not anywhere near as cool as Mignola's, but fun to draw anyway...

Superman, by Axel Medellin

Here's the man of Steel... and yes, clichè as it may be, you can't beat the coolness of showing off that symbol. At least this is a scene I had always wanted to draw... I hope you like it!

Polgara the Sorceress by Axel Medellin

I had no idea she existed one day ago...
